Every Miniature World begins with a single bead — and a question: what story does it want to tell? This one answered from the deep — from the kind of ocean that has no bottom, where the whales know the way down and the dragons have learned to breathe salt water.

This oval rounded-rectangle resin piece continues the new form in the Miniature Worlds collection. Approximately 3”×5”×1” high with smooth domed edges, it holds a full mythological ocean. The resin is a vivid churning ocean blue with swirling white foam and wave patterns throughout — dynamic and alive, like a sea in motion captured from above. A dramatic tall raw white crystal quartz point rises from the upper left — a sea cliff, an iceberg, a place where the ocean meets something ancient and unmoved. Beside it, a detailed gold whale tail charm breaks the surface mid-dive — the hero of the piece, frozen in the moment of descent. A large raw dark hematite or black tourmaline chunk anchors the upper center — heavy and magnetic. Upper right, an intricate gold dragon winged charm spreads above the waves — ornate and mythological. A tiny red and white spotted mushroom charm appears at the waterline — whimsical, unexpected, perfectly placed. A clean strand of turquoise seed beads arcs across the mid-field like a submerged necklace. Abundant small natural cream and white seashells — scallops, cones, varied forms — are scattered across the ocean floor. Hints of purple iridescence shimmer at the resin edges.
