No. 31 – Siren’s Compass – 16" Necklace
A one-of-a-kind necklace with the dark, wild beauty of a forest at dusk — rich in colour, intricate in craft, and magnetic in the most elemental way.
The strand alternates deep red carnelian rounds — saturated, glowing, and full of warmth — with mottled grey and green picasso jasper rounds whose earthy, painterly surfaces ground the palette beautifully. Small brass rondelle spacers thread through the composition with warm, antique gold precision, creating a rhythm that feels as considered as it is organic.
The pendant is where the piece becomes extraordinary: a large faceted deep ruby red agate or jade cabochon, its colour rich and velvety, completely enveloped in an intricate antiqued copper wire wrap. The wirework fans out like leaf veins or compass lines — radiating from the stone in a pattern that is simultaneously precise and wild, geometric and organic. It is the work of a skilled hand and a restless eye, and it is completely one of a kind.
Photographed on weathered barn wood scattered with dried crimson rose buds and silvery eucalyptus leaves — a composition as atmospheric and intentional as the piece itself.
Impression: Dark, magnetic, and deeply artisan. Siren’s Compass is for the woman who follows her instincts without apology — and always finds exactly what she was looking for.
