No. 08 – Tidal Rose | Miniature Worlds Paperweight

Washed in blue, held in resin.

A resinized real rose bud, golden-olive and closed, rests at the center of this vivid disc — its petals kissed with blue glitter, as if dusted by the sea itself. Alongside it, a square blue rhinestone pendant on a delicate silver chain catches the light like a window into the ocean floor. A large round dark stone or seed pod flecked with blue glitter anchors the upper right. Dried botanical leaves and a piece of dark bark tuck quietly into the left, grounding the composition in something ancient and earthy.

All of it is suspended in vivid teal resin scattered with blue glitter and gold flecks — luminous, shifting, alive with color. Smooth round edges give this piece a soft, meditative quality.
